Maureen works in a brief strategic way and believes most issues can be tackled within 3 sessions. The first session provides you with strategies and tools to help you feel safe and in control.  The second session deals with any psychological blocks, past traumas and the effects, the third session equips you with the means to achieve your goals, maintain a state of wellbeing and progress to a more balanced state of being.

Each session is £140.  The first session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes, subsequent sessions are 1 hour.
Smoking cessation is a longer session and costs £260.
